Privacy

Your account stores your website ID, Twitch username, accepted terms and registration date. Country is not required to create a profile; it is requested when redeeming or entering a country-restricted prize. When you connect Twitch, we store your verified Twitch ID, username and profile picture. A temporary security cookie expires after ten minutes. A secure sign-in cookie keeps you signed in for up to seven days. Session keys are stored as hashes. Your Twitch identity remains available for sign-in when you disconnect community participation. We do not store your Twitch password or personal Twitch tokens. The bot’s separate access tokens are stored encrypted to operate chat and points earning.

How information is used

Points transactions, redemptions, delivery details and giveaway entries are stored to operate the community, check eligibility, prevent duplicate awards and fulfill rewards. Administrators can access necessary information. You can view your own account history.

All active accounts with linked Twitch appear automatically on the leaderboard with their Twitch username, points balance and lifetime earned points, including zero points. Suspended accounts and accounts awaiting deletion do not appear. Delivery details and transaction history are never public. A winner’s Twitch username is published only with their explicit consent. Twitch tokens are never shown in browser code. One visit day per signed-in member is stored for return-visit statistics, without IP addresses or advertising cookies. Visit records older than 90 days are deleted on the next recorded visit.

During live streams, the bot reads Twitch’s chat list. Temporary presence progress is stored only for eligible linked accounts to calculate points. Ordinary chat messages are not stored. For bot commands, user IDs, usernames, message IDs and delivery status are retained until the next scheduled cleanup after 24 hours to prevent duplicate replies and spam. Partial progress resets at the next check after a gap or after you leave chat.

Your information

Your username and profile picture come from Twitch. You can request account deletion using the contact email below. An administrator must review deletion, including outstanding deliveries and recordkeeping requirements.

Controller and retention

The website is privately run by dipp0h in Sweden. Account information is used to provide your account, points and participation under the community terms. Security and activity records are used to protect accounts, prevent abuse and understand community usage. Account profiles, transactions and entries currently have no automatic deletion schedule; deletion requests are reviewed manually. Visit days are cleaned up after 90 days on the next recorded visit, and bot-command metadata on the next scheduled cleanup after 24 hours.

To limit abuse, your IP address is used to create a daily-changing hash for Cloudflare’s short-lived request counters. This does not add an IP address to your account profile or visit statistics.

Services and contact

Cloudflare hosts the website and database. Twitch verifies sign-in and supplies chat information. When you email us, your message is handled through Gmail. External services may process data outside the EU/EEA under their own terms and data protection safeguards.

Affiliate link clicks

When you follow a casino partner link on the English website, we record the casino, time, placement on our website and device category (mobile or desktop) to compare traffic with partner reports. The click log stores no IP addresses, account IDs or full browser details and uses no cookies. Logs older than 90 days are removed on the next recorded click. Only administrators can access the report.
