Community terms

These are the community’s basic rules. Each reward and giveaway also has its own conditions.

Account and participation

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. This website uses Twitch sign-in. Your community profile is created only after Twitch verification. Your verified Twitch username is your account name. Accounts are personal; multiple accounts must not be used to evade the rules.

Points

Points belong to this website and are not Twitch Channel Points. Only registered members with a verified Twitch connection can earn points. Automatic earning counts continuous observed chat presence during live streams while the bot runs and earning is enabled. It does not verify video viewing.

Points cannot be purchased, transferred to other accounts, exchanged for cash or used for gambling. Casino registrations, deposits and gambling never earn points. Incorrect awards may be corrected through a recorded transaction.

Rewards

Rewards have fixed points prices and limited stock. Points are deducted when redemption is confirmed. Fulfillment follows administrator review. Rejected requests are automatically refunded. Each reward specifies applicable countries and delivery information.

Free giveaways

Giveaways do not require purchases, points, deposits or casino registrations. One entry per account is allowed. Each giveaway states its rules, eligible countries, age requirements, deadline and prize. Winners are randomly drawn after closing. Twitch usernames are published only with consent.

Abuse and contact

Manipulation, false information or attempts to claim duplicate rewards may result in suspension. You can still view your history. Contact the administrator to request a review of a decision.
